Mild with a few rain chances through the weekend; Dry start to the week as we warm up towards Father’s Day

HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Happy Friday! After a gloomy start to the day, this afternoon turned out to be fairly nice. Rain chances do return tonight into tomorrow morning. There are already a few showers around in western and central portions of Nebraska that will continue to move east and diminish this evening. Another round of showers and thunderstorms will develop overnight tonight in central Nebraska and move east through the morning hours. This round has the best chance of rain moving through the Tri-Cities between 5 and 8 tomorrow morning. After that the skies will begin to clear on out towards the afternoon. Temperatures tomorrow morning will range from the upper 40’s to the northwest to upper 50’s in the Tri-Cities to low 60’s in southeast Nebraska. Winds stay light through the day t
