In 2011, Hurricane Irene caused devastating flooding in Vermont.
In 2023, more flooding came. A year to the day later, there was even more flooding.
After the 2023 floods, Vermont’s governor appointed Douglas Farnham as the state’s chief recovery officer to help in the aftermath.
Farnham, along with Vermont-based landscape architect Richard Amore, gave a presentation June 2 to dozens gathered in Swannanoa as part of Thrive As
