Kilmar Abrego Garcia returned to U.S. to face human smuggling charges after mistaken deportation

Kilmar Abrego Garcia has returned to the U.S. to face federal charges, nearly four months after he was mistakenly deported to El Salvador. The El Salvador native entered the U.S. illegally in 2011 and lived in Maryland. He was taken into custody by immigration officials and deported to a notorious prison in March.
