LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — The Arkansas Supreme Court has ruled in favor of Attorney General Tim Griffin's lawsuit against TikTok, allowing the legal proceedings to move forward. The lawsuit, which is based on the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, seeks to hold TikTok accountable for allegedly providing misleading information to parents about the content available on the platform.
