At the age of 47, legendary fashion designer Diane von Furstenberg was diagnosed with tongue cancer .

Despite the fashion world being at her fingertips, von Furstenberg's personal life began to become a little more difficult, particularly when it came to being able to eat the foods that she loved.

In 2019, years after her initial diagnosis, the designer started having
