AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - Georgia cancer researchers were awarded with grants to continue their lifesaving work on Friday.
Despite Helene canceling its annual ‘Paceday’ fall fundraising event, Paceline still raised more than $250,000 for these grants.
Since its first event in 2019, Paceline says it has raised more than $1.7 million and has helped fund 26 innovative research projects in those six years.
