BENTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS, Ark. — Former Rogers psychiatrist Brian Hyatt, who is set to go to trial later this year for alleged Medicaid fraud, has been arrested for public intoxication.
Hyatt's booking information said he was arrested on June 5 by the Rogers Police Department and released the next day on a written promise in lieu of bond.
Hyatt, the former director of the Northwest Medical Behavioral Health unit and a former Arkansas State Medical Board member, was arrested in 2023 and charged with Medicaid fraud, to which he pleaded not guilty.
