PERRY — A licensed practical nurse from Perry was arrested Friday and charged with bilking a health care insurance provider out of more than $170,000, village police said.

Elizabeth M. Baker, 48, was charged with second-degree grand larceny, a class C felony punishable by up to 15 years in state prison.
