("Terrella") have mutually agreed to terminate their business consulting services agreement, originally announced on April 15, 2025. The agreement was formally terminated effective May 27, 2025. In connection with the termination, the 250,000 stock options previously contemplated for grant to Terrella under the agreement have been cancelled and will not be issued.
