SELINSGROVE — A 19-year-old Ohio man is accused of having sexual relations with a minor in Snyder County after meeting online.

State police at Selinsgrove spoke with the father of the girl who reported the alleged sexual abuse after looking at her cellphone and discovering the relationship between his daughter and Xavier M. Smith, court records said.
