BANGOR, Maine (WABI) - Friday is National Donut Day and Frank’s Bake Shop in Bangor was celebrating with a sprinkle of style.
Staff says they are constantly coming up with specialty pastries and today was no different. Friday was all about The Donut Sundae, a donut shell dipped in cinnamon sugar with the customer’s choice of home-made ice cream with chocolate sauce, whipped cream and sprinkles.
Don’t be distracted by the holiday, Frank’s also has sandwiches, pizza and more to offer, but what they say really sets them apart is their interaction with customers and of course their donuts.
