Jury deliberations are underway in the re-trial of Harvey Weinstein.

Jurors heard more than five weeks of testimony about alleged sex crimes.

The media mogul faces two counts of criminal sex act and one count of rape — which he was convicted of in 2020.

A judge denied Harvey Weinstein’s request for a mistrial on Friday after a juror complained of issues in the deliberations.
