FLORENCE, Ala. (WHNT) — Steve Price, General Manager of Shoals Theater in Florence, recently underwent a serious cardiac surgery, leaving him with a tough recovery.

Price was held in the Intensive Care Unit at a hospital in Birmingham for weeks. On May 27, Steve was released from the hospital and was brought back to his sweet home in Florence.

Hosted by several young artists in the Shoals, a benefit will be held at Shoals Theater to honor Steve.

The Benefit is a Beatles tribute concert to benefit Steve. It's called "Being for the Benefit of Mr.Price".

The concert will include several artists from the Shoals, and all ticket sales proceeds will go straight to Steve.

Right next door to Shoals Theater, Lost Pizza Co., 10% of the sales from Saturday, June 7, will also go to Steve!
