MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A man was hit by a train in Frayser and was pronounced dead on the scene on Friday, according to Memphis Police.

At 3:33 p.m., officers responded to a man hit by a train in the 3700 block of Felts Station Road, and the man was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police say this is an ongoing investigation.
