MISHAWAKA, Ind. (WNDU) - They’re ready to rent at the Springs at Mishawaka .

The Springs will be a gated apartment community off Beacon Parkway on Mishawaka’s far east side.

The Springs will eventually have 280 apartments spread across 14 separate buildings.

Last month, the first of those buildings was finished and the renting began. It will continue as the pool opens in July, and the project completion date nears in February.

The Springs has resort style amenities like an outdoor pool, a 24/7 workout room, a clubhouse, and two dog parks (one or little dogs, and one for big dogs).
