Fishing Creek Bridge to receive inspection on June 11

After reopening to traffic last month after six months of closure, the Fishing Creek Bridge will receive a check-up of sorts next week — but will remain open this time.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet advised motorists that a temporary lane closure is set for the West Ky. 80 Fishing Creek Bridge on Wednesday, June 11. The bridge connects the Nancy community and areas like Lee's Ford Marina directly with Somerset.
