AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Madison Harrison, an Environmental Health Specialist III with the City of Amarillo, has achieved a global distinction in her field, earning the title of Certified Master Pool Builder, one of the rarest professional certifications in the pool and spa industry.

Harrison is one of just 53 people worldwide, and only nine in Texas, to hold the designation from the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance. She is also the first and only City of Amarillo employee to earn the certification.
