HOWELL COUNTY, Mo. — A man from West Plains faces a felony after sending his coworker multiple letters asking her out and even sending her boyfriend a letter pretending to be her.

According to court dockets, Corby Redburn, born 1999, is charged with first-degree harassment.

The probable cause statement says the victim reported the harassment to law enforcement in March of 2025, telling them she had received 11 anonymous letters delivered through the United States Postal Service to her West Plains home since November of 2024.

The letters were romantic in nature, asking the victim go on dates. One letter offered her $150,000 to attend an event, the statement says.

The victim said she was worried she was being stalked in other ways.
