CHELAN COUNTY, Wash. - Several safety concerns involving the father of the three murdered Wenatchee sisters were revealed in newly released court documents.

A court filing referenced in the for the mother of nine-year-old Paityn, eight-year-old Evelyn and five-year-old Olivia detailed injuries sustained by the children while staying overnight with their dad.

The court document was filed last September, as a petition to revise the parenting plan and remove overnight visits with Travis Decker while he was living out of his truck.

On August 15, 2023 the document states one of the girls was, "passed out on the couch" at Travis Decker's mother's home.

"Olivia had a bathrobe tied around her neck and he didn't tell me because he didn't want me to keep the girls from her."
