WEBB COUNTY, Tex. (KGNS) - A Texas state trooper found three stolen cars this week in Webb County, according to the Department of Public Safety.

DPS says the first was a Ford F-250 that was stolen out of San Antonio. The truck was linked to a human smuggling case.

The second was a Chrysler 300, also reported stolen in San Antonio. Troopers say the car was rebuilt using parts from a stolen Dodge Challenger Hellcat, including its engine, interior parts, and computer system.

The third case involved a 2025 GMC Sierra rental truck. DPS says a woman driving the truck was being paid to take it into Mexico. The rental had been booked using a fake ID.
