WEST FARGO — West Fargo city officials are gearing up for several neighborhood street and sewer projects that have been delayed over the years and will be partially paid for by special assessments.
In 2023 and 2024, West Fargo engineering staff proposed a multi-project mill and overlay project for roads in seven neighborhoods south of Interstate 94, most of which were constructed fewer than 20 years ago.
The roads on the list are in the neighborhoods of Westport Beach, The Wilds, Maple Ride, South Pond, West River, Shadow Wood and Reserve at Osgood. Senior Director of Community and Development Dan Hanson said a mill and overlay project was estimated to cost about $8.5 million for the seven neighborhoods.
