SEATTLE — Seattle Police Department detectives and SWAT officers arrested a 32-year-old man accused of threatening to kill police officers Thursday morning.

The SPD said on June 5, at about 8 a.m., detectives discovered an online video of a suspect armed with a knife threatening, “I’m on my way to a police precinct to stab one in the throatsee if they stop me.”

"Due to the credible threat, Seattle Police Headquarters and all five police precinct lobbies closed while detectives searched for the man’s identity," wrote the SPD.

SPD then reported that detectives quickly found the man, who lives near SPD’s West Precinct.

"When the suspect saw police, he ran, jumped off a second-floor balcony, then ducked into a nearby building in the 400 block of Minor Avenue," wrote the SPD. "He headed up
