ELYRIA, Ohio (WOIO) - Shayla Brown is seeking justice after her brother was shot several times in her front yard on Clark Street in Elyria last weekend.

It all started after a fight broke out between Shayla and another woman.

“I turned to walk away, within two seconds we hear multiple rounds being fired,” said Brown.

Elyria Police say the shooter was 26-year-old Levi Webb. He ran from the scene, but was later arrested.

“None of us realized he had his hand in his pants the entire time,” said Brown.

Webb was charged with felonious assault and using weapons while intoxicated.

He was arraigned on Monday.

Webb’s bond for the felonious assault charge was set at $50,000.

The bond for using weapons wile intoxicated was $10,000

Webb paid both bonds and is out.
