We started the day with another round of rain and thunder. Heavy rainfall came with the risk of flooding, and there was some isolated severe weather as well. The most significant of which was in Wheaton, MO, where damage was confirmed to be caused by a tornado.
The storms cleared out by afternoon and we even managed to end the day with some sun, but it looks like another stormy start is on the way.
Mother Nature is following the same script for Saturday morning with a wave of storms expected to organize overnight to the west. The storms will sweep along a frontal boundary from Oklahoma into Arkansas near sunrise.
