TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - In their sixth season, the Tallahassee Soccer Club is off to its most impressive start.

“I came here to play and to win and that’s what we’ve been doing so I’m very happy to be here,” said Allbranly Gue, a midfielder for the team.

The Battle Lions are a perfect 4-0 and ranked number-two overall in the League of Clubs; a brand new soccer league with teams that play across the country.

“It’s still an impressive accomplishment to this point and it’s not something you want to focus too much on, but also it’s something that we’re very aware of and proud of,” said assistant coach Mason Solari.

Local talent led Tallahassee SC to winning records the last two years, but most of those players are gone. Joining the roster is international talent and lots of youth.
