The producer of the comedy show that Jeff Garlin ditched is blaming the “Curb Your Enthusiasm” star for the debacle.

As we reported , Garlin star refused to do a standup set at Calabasas Country Club last Thursday because he had asked to be paid the $800 fee in cash, but organizers only had a check for him.

But the guy who puts the show together says Garlin refused to let them put the error right so that he could go on stage as planned.

The producer — who has been running a show at the tony L.A.-area venue for 13 years — told Page Six that Garlin had only mentioned being paid in cash once, two months before the show.

And he says that as soon as the oversight came to light — when Garlin arrived at the venue — they profusely apologized and offered multiple ways to get the cash to him,
