Texas health officials are reporting no new cases of measles Friday tied to an outbreak in West Texas.
The Department of State Health Services said this is the first time since the outbreak began in late January that no cases have been added during an update.
Moving forward, the agency said they would move to weekly updates on Tuesdays.
A total of 742 cases have been identified as tied to the outbreak.
Fewer than 10 cases are believed to be actively infectious.
