The lap pool opened Thursday at 7 a.m. The leisure pool, water slides and hot tub open Friday.
This one-day delay comes from a brief pause in filling the pools related to the voluntary water restrictions, which have since been lifted.
Two nearly 30-foot-tall waterslides tower over the facility and its three pools.
To the north is the leisure pool, which has a zero-depth entry, spray toys, two smaller slides, a lazy river and a basketball net.
