A judge set bail Friday at $600,000 for a 21-year-old Vancouver man accused of shooting at a group of teens late last month outside of the Jim Parsley Community Center in central Vancouver .
Jarod Ngiraibuuch appeared in Clark County Superior Court on suspicion of drive-by shooting, second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a dangerous weapon at school facilities. He is scheduled to be arraigned June 11.
Judge John Fairgrieve also doubled bail, to $15,000, in a pending second-degree assault case against Ngiraibuuch. The conditions of release in that case prohibited Ngiraibuuch from possessing any firearms, the judge noted.
