SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Santa Fe National Forest is easing up on fire restrictions. As of Friday morning, the forest said campfires are allowed in all camping sites, not just developed campsites. Smoking is also no longer limited to cars or buildings.

The forest said recent rainfall and a good precipitation outlook are allowing them to lift the stage one restrictions.
