LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- The man accused of killing a former Nevada state senator’s son in a casino and then leading police on a chase involving several carjackings was indicted on a murder charge Friday morning.
On Friday morning, a Clark County grand jury indicted Aerion Warmsley, 19, on 7 counts, including murder with the use of a deadly weapon.
The other charges Warmsley was indicted on include robbery with the use of a deadly weapon, two counts of reckless driving resulting in substantial bodily harm, two counts of duty to stop at the scene of a crash involving death or personal injury, and stop required on signal of a police officer.
