President Donald Trump made a flurry of calls to reporters on Friday morning to reiterate that he is not thinking about tech billionaire Elon Musk after their public fallout.
Trump and Musk’s relationship ended on Thursday after a stunning blow-up between the two men took place in the Oval Office and on social media. Trump lashed out at Musk after the tech billionaire said the “big, beautiful bill" was a “disgusting abomination,” calling it a “massive, outrageous, pork-filled” bill on social media platform X.
Despite the publicized breakup, Trump told reporters on Friday morning that he is not even thinking about talking to Musk.
