SOUTH BEND — Three Michigan City men and one Gary man were sentenced Friday to federal prison and probation.

23-year-old Tyler Wood, 24-year-old Clinton Rouse, 27-year-old Justin Hervey, all of Michigan City, and 23-year-old Gary native Raquan Perry all pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute 400 grams or more of fentanyl between October 2023 and July 2024, documents filed in federal court show.

Wood also pleaded guilty to distribution of fentanyl and illegal use of a communications facility. Rouse admitted to distributing fentanyl and Hervey and Perry pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm.

U.S. District Court Judge Damon Leichty handed down a 160-month sentence to Wood; a 188-month sentence to Rouse; a 125-month sentence to Hervey; and a 72-month sentence
