FARGO -- A registered sex offender has registered an address at 2127 9th Ave. S.

John Leroy Bussert, 34, is described as 5-foot-10, weighs 186 pounds and has green eyes and brown hair, according to a release from the Fargo Police Department.

Assessed as a high-risk offender, in 2013, Bussert was convicted of luring a minor by computer in Cass County District Court in North Dakota. Bussert requested images from a 13-year-old female via social media, according to the release.

Bussert is a lifetime registrant.
