JASPER COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - A 41-year-old Kirbyville man has been arrested in Hendricks County, Indiana.

The investigation into the alleged crimes of Randy McCullough began with an anonymous SE Texas Crime Stoppers tip on April 22 from a concerned person regarding inappropriate communication between a 41-year-old man and a 12-year-old girl. An investigator began looking into the accusations by interviewing the victim’s mother, and doing a forensic interview with the child.

The investigation revealed that digital images and videos of sexual content were exchanged between the child and McCullough.
