TALLADEGA, Ala. ( WBRC ) - A woman has been arrested after a shooting at a Domino’s Pizza in Talladega Friday, according to police.
Talladega Police say they were called to a disturbance at a Domino’s in the 700 block of Battle Street East at 3:18 Friday afternoon.
When officers arrived to the location, they found a 38-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the lower part of his right leg.
While officers were assisting the victim, a woman on the scene, 35-year-old Josetta Swain, of Apline, claimed that she shot the victim and was taken into custody by police.
Talladega Police say the shooting happened after an altercation between Swain and a female Domino’s employee. Witnesses told police the man who was shot, a delivery driver for Domino’s, had broken up the fight before Swa
