HAMPTON — A man accused of driving the wrong way on Interstate 95 and killing a police officer from Exeter who was on his way home after his shift at Endicott College in Massachusetts is now facing charges in New Hampshire.

Keoma Duarte, of New Bedford, Massachusetts, was arrested by New Hampshire State Police Tuesday, June 3, on a warrant for two felony counts of reckless conduct and one misdemeanor count of disobeying a police officer.

Duarte, who is facing manslaughter and drunken driving charges in connection with the crash on Nov. 28, 2024, in Massachusetts, was released on bail on March 17, 2025.
