MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — A Mobile teenager has been arrested in connection with a Thursday morning traffic accident, according to Mobile police.
According to a Mobile Police Department news release, around 9:02 a.m. Thursday, June 5, officers were called to the intersection of Schillinger Road South and Hitt Road in reference to a traffic accident.
When officers arrived, they found a man had hit someone multiple times with his fist, the release said. The victim was taken to the hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
On Friday, officers found and arrested 19-year-old Charles Frazier-McKinley. He is accused of second-degree elderly abuse and neglect, according to jail records.
Frazier-McKinley was taken to Metro Jail and has since been released on a $7,500 bond, according to
