KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - The southbound lanes of Interstate 79 near Elkview in Kanawha County will close Saturday morning for several hours.
According to the West Virginia Department of Transportation, the lanes will close around 9 a.m. to allow contractors to make pavement repairs in the work zone.
The repairs are expected to take anywhere from two to three hours.
During that time, southbound traffic will detour off the Elkview exit and then immediately reroute back onto I-79.
