JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. — It's officially June, which is the start of Pride Month across Kentuckiana, and southern Indiana is celebrating this weekend at the Big Four Station Park.
The 7th annual Southern Indiana Pride Festival in Jeffersonville, Ind. kicks off Saturday, June 7 at 4 p.m.
Organizers said they're hoping this year's festival is bigger than ever before with nearly 60 vendor booths attending this year's festival. There's also going to be a family fun zone.
"Here in Jeffersonville, you're welcome. Everybody. It doesn't matter what your political affiliation is, it doesn't matter what your race, your religion, your sexual orientation -- you're going to be welcome here," Organizer Sarah Johnson said Friday.
