LOGAN COUNTY ( 25News Now ) - The Logan County coroner said it was a Bloomington man killed early Thursday in a two-car crash near Lincoln.

One other person was hospitalized following the crash that happened about 2:20 a.m. on OId Route 66, near 1500th Avenue, north of Lincoln.

Coroner Donald Peasley said Kyrnn L. Schubach was pronounced dead in the emergency room of Lincoln Memorial Hospital about an hour after the crash.

The driver of the other car was taken to a Springfield area hospital. That person’s condition is not known.

The coroner’s office and Illinois State Police are investigating.
