COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — Moments of reflection took place at Columbus City Hall on Friday as the Mayor's Office of Violence Prevention organized a vigil dedicated to survivors of gun violence. City and community leaders gathered to honor those affected by gun-related incidents.

"Remembering those that we have lost not only honors their memory," said Rena Shak, Director of the Office of Violence Prevention. "But we know that every life that is lost not just affects that person who's lost, but it affects their family. It affects their friends."
