MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Every Friday, WMTV 15 News is traveling around south central Wisconsin to highlight the history and visit the hot spots of different cities this summer. American Family Insurance Championship at TPC Madison was the scene of our first stop.

Since 2016, the championship has raised almost $20 million for charity.

Megan Moroney takes the stage

Country fans donning cowboy hats and boots gathered as popular country singer Megan Moroney took the stage Friday night as the headliner for the Am Fam Championship concert at Breese Stevens Field. Clint Black and Emily Anne Roberts were also featured as special guests.

All proceeds from the concert will go towards the Steve Stricker American Family Insurance Foundation.
