STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Luckily the rain clouds made a sharp turn away Friday night as Susan Wagner held its senior prom on a hot Friday night at the Hilton Garden Inn.

This year’s prom had a nautical theme; an ode to seniors taking a “dive into their future” as their high school tenures draw to an end.
