SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) -- The new exhibit "Mysteries of the Ice Ages" is opening at the Utah Natural History Museum on Saturday June 7.
This is an immersive, traveling exhibit originally developed by the Canadian Museum of Nature, and it focuses on the history of the ice age.
"Ice has sculpted our planet for millennia, shaping the landscapes we see today and connecting distant continents, paving the way for migration," the website description reads.
The exhibit explores 80,000 years of Earth's ice age history and over 120 specimens, artifacts, models, and multimedia elements, according to the museum's website.
