Goshen Health nursing staff raises $1,000 towards emergency refuge funding in Elkhart County

GOSHEN, Ind. (WNDU) - The nursing staff at Goshen Health raised $1,000 for First Light Mission.

The funds, which were raised by T-shirt sales by the nurses, will provide emergency refuge and a fresh start for homeless women, children and families throughout Elkhart County.

The executive director of the organization Mindy Morehead, says they are grateful for the donation, which helps them continue their work in restoring stability throughout the community.
