May 29 — Shawn Wesley Rome, 32, of Butler, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest, trespassing, controlled substance possession and drug paraphernalia possession following a May 28 incident. Police said Rome was in a locked building, pulled away from officers and had a blue stamp bag of suspected fentanyl and shooting kit with three syringes, two spoons, two cotton swabs, a scale, pipe and straw.

May 30 — Cullen Eustavio Bickham, 24, of Butler, was charged with felony trespass and one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a May 29 incident. Police said Bickham was located screaming from the roof of the Maridon Museum and attempted t
