The 2025 Belmont Stakes has all the makings of a classic, as Kentucky Derby winner Sovereignty and Preakness Stakes winner Journalism will square off in the final leg of the Triple Crown. Saratoga Race Course will host the race for the second year in a row as the reconstruction of Belmont Park continues, which means it will be run at 1.25 miles instead of the traditional 1.5-mile distance. Journalism is the 8-5 favorite in the 2025 Belmont Stakes odds, but Sovereignty is right behind at 2-1. There are several pace-setters in the 2025 Belmont Stakes lineup, including Rodriguez (6-1), who is trained by Hall of Famer and three-time Belmont winner Bob Baffert.
