BATAVIA — The first building of a seven-building setup for MedTech Landing Apartments is ready, with work continuing on other buildings in the development at 53 MedTech Dr.

Northstar Management Director of Construction Dawson Mazur said one unit is currently ready for move-in. Northstar, founded by David Mazur, is the property management company for MedTech Landing.
