Legislative audit says Board of Corrections owes attorney $200K for lawsuit work, but can't pay the bill

An attorney hired by the Arkansas Board of Corrections to handle a lawsuit against Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders is owed more than $200,000, a state audit concluded, because the board has no way to pay the contract.
